  • Appropriate if you are in the phase of just knowing the price of your practice, looking to sale your practice or for internal analysis of owners and management.

  • A 20 page valuation report with forecast of cash flows, income statement, balance sheets, EBITDA, cost of capital,  vertical analysis of financial statements, and graphs with the key indicators for the practice.

  • ​Report issued in 1-2 weeks after information received from client.

CUSTOM VALUATION

For clients that need more sophisticated and detailed valuations:

  • Appropriate if you need a valuation for IRS purposes, minority or majority valuations, to buy a practice, issue stock, shareholder disputes, fairness opinions, litigation, gift, succession planning, marital asset dissolution, or purchase price allocation.

  • A more detailed valuation report with greater detail and information that the Basic Valuation option.
